At USA Apteka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing container.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
